Our story
Made in Billings.
Croffle It started with a simple idea: take the flaky layers of a fresh croissant and press them into a waffle iron until the edges shatter and the inside stays pillowy. We hand-laminate our dough in-house and serve our croffles loaded — sweet or savory. Built right here in Billings, served hot from the 406 Kitchen Collective.
